It's call the Tao's Restaurant.  Basement of Paradiz centre.  Its a set meal costing about $22 per person.  Ok found their website ..here it is.. free advert for them.. http://www.taos-restaurant.com/menu.htm

Were you near the double storey viewing gallery? Tried to zoom in but still unable to spot both of you.
