Agreed will kel.  I have problems with the eyes.  They are neither here nor there.  Lacking in impact or ... the window of one's soul is missing ... in general there half close half open eyes are slippery slopes.

Lighting, I leave it to our lighting guru lor ...

expression is not there... lighting wise.. there is too much stray light... the emphasis is on the model.. not the chair she is sitting on. not her arm.. n definately not her waist that looks extermely thick to me. u should have some flags to block out the light going to places where they are not supposed... the main light should be positioned a little more to the left of her face... now its too straight on... oh yea.. n the light on her thighs... make them look huge too... these comments are not directed at the model, they are directed at the photographer.
