Created this pic for the school. Still thinking how to make it not so cluttered. Any suggestions? Constrain is to have all those CCA represented in a single pic.

That was exactly what I was thinking too....may be a wider shot of the school with the students pasted in front....

I don't have any problems with the girls on the balcony below the school name.  What is irritating is the bleeding from the images pasted in the foreground.  That while halo is really distracting.  Is that intentional.

Humm without the halo (unintentional) the hair of the girls will blend in with each other, and hence make them not so distinct. I personally do not minf the halo. And also how to get rid of the halo?

I just use the polygonal lasso with 20 pixel feathering, the cut and paste. And the halo automatically gets created!

Hahaha....I think the alarm will sound for all! May be Mike's alarm will be the loudest.

check with UK when he is back.  he has a want to lasso that is infinately more precise.
