If cropped like that, than the arm will look amputated.  The image will look off balance.

I do not understand your rationale and need to crop tighter with this image.

Just felt the emphasis could have been better placed with a corner on the brand, eyes rover to look @ the logo, which one would mostly expect in a corner or something.

If you don't like it, then just let it be. It was only a suggestion.
