Are the shoots heavily cropped? I can see some drop in the image quality.....

Cropped at about 30 to 50% as my 400mm lens was not long enough. Some lack of sharpness is also due to my unsteady handling of my gear.

400mm f5.6.

Thinking of upgrading to the 200-400mm F4 IS if the reviews are good & my FC doesn't  Knock Your Head me first
