This is one of the sports which i hope i can take one day.  I had some gymnastic training in sec 1 n 2.

Your shots super! 200/300mm?

friend only 2 years.. very basic.. handspring, backflip, handstand, somersault (only dare to do it with thick cushion). Simple parallel bar move - cannot handstand on parallel bar. never try ring/pommel horse.  Our school did not have all those eqpt... gotta travel to other place to train.. gave up after first few months in sec3.

Thanks for you kind words. It is my first attempt on this sport using only 200mm@F2. Looking at the Gymnast, I think better don't do what they do. Else when old, not sure what kind of injuries you got to live with.

Actually for most sport when one decides to compete @ national level, the training is bound to cause 'injuries' sometime in future... played once a week badminton and i am getting tennis elbow!
