For your critique & comments...



Was playing with various aperture settings to try to get the best dof but somehow the wings (especially from the middle part to the tips) are not within the dof.

 Very Good This is not bad. But if can increase the DOF a little more will be better. Since we shoot at such a close distance, we can use F8-F16 for macro(not sure what settings you use).

you can increase to ƒ/16 but the critical thing is to get parallel to the wing plane.
