since I ripped out the old analog box I might as well one time get the HD box
then I get watch the HD channels as they come online mah, even though on "HD ready".

sian lah I dun want to crap out all my DVDs. my prefered movies are usually not visually stunning and mostly not block busters so no chance to get them re-issued in BD. I already crapped out my G5 fish pix with the DSLR I don't want to do the same to my movies

HD is amazing. You have no idea how much detail is in there until you use those 40" TVs. OMG.

A new version of HD is on it's way.....Soon 1DsM* can be fired at 60Fps....
