The second pic, the lighting and composition is ok, but the model's styling is off, way off. The way that dress/top is composed, looked weird. Eye lashes problems. The watch is distracting. I actually do not mind the messy hair here. However, her head really looked disproportionally huge, like a bobble head doll.
The first picture, I like it alot, except the hand. It is again distracting, like a claw, and it destroyed the simple/smooth lines of the models.
