Not a very compelling photo.  Maybe can do some crazy DI tricks to it.  Imagine if it was sunset, eh?

How about this? I used a different photo though. The processing adds more contrast so the cranes doesn't appear too weak against the sky.

Guess you'll have to wait for sunset or some other more dramatic lighting to get a great shot.  Idea

meaning it's a bit under, there's not really much contrast to attract the cranes
