Anyone can share with me their experience with Profoto and the support (or the lack of it) from Shriro? I am tempted by the AcuteB 600R but i should be buying more useful stuff with the money really ...

the support is awesome, very professional people to work with, and definitely one of the best suppliers i ever dealt with. n of course, the lights are a great joy to use

Profoto, Hassel and Pentax are all at the same place anyway

not really, i introduced one friend to them who bought only one set of the proB... he is raving about their service too... so... they dont really care.. cos they want market penetration now...
