Your time is really scary!! Seems like now you still lack sleep leh...
my time before ROD have to run full-pack SOC and Assault Marksmanship (eventually become CTSS etc etc but was originally much more complicated with different number of rounds for different targets). those days still using 20-round mag.
interestingly we ran SOC much faster with fullpack than without
some more we have to run like 700m more compared to normal SOC. because my crazy black leopard encek make us do two rounds a day, every day, sometimes three. I remember is in the low 8 minutes.
but the mark of a true combat engineer is we can build bridge non stop for 10 hours and lay minefield for 2 days. so little sleep that I also can't remember how we actually got them built.
