Ok, my handphone is not Canon. What the heck. Just feel like starting this thread to share some pictures taken with my trusty pal.

I shot this a few days back on my way home from work, thought the sky was nice. Trying to grab some shots, I walked around finding a good spot to capture it. Eventually, the reflection on a car's bonnet was the one I like the best.

Today (I really mean yesterday), yet again on my way home, saw this interesting view on my way home.

My best guess is that a mainland chinese had a good smoke holding the cigarette with his ungloved hand, and throwing both to the floor after that.

Those are really interesting ways to look at life Zan!

And thanks for sharing with us!

I didn't know the first shot was a bonnet - thinking it was some sort of 'sky' shot and hi-tec/modern wall or barricade. Have you tried playing around with the levels and contrast to bring out more of the clouds, or the screen portion? Might be interesting.

The second shot looks almost mundane, till you look closer and wonder what's that thing doing under the glove? Then we read your commentary. Do you think a different angle, or even a slightly wacky WA or UWA perspective could have shown up the ciggy butt a bit more? Right now it might be a little too hidden for most to identify.

Just sharing some thoughts because we all should be allowed to learn; I know I wouldn't have seen the same scenes the way you did.  Wink

Thanks ukay!

Ok, not using handphone to shoot now, 2 shots here, nothing surprising, trying to capture some moments here.

I really cannot remember when was the last time I dare to do such a thing in public. I guess with age we tend to lose our guts, and be mindful of what people think of us.

Somehow this kid reminds me of myself, ha. Staring at the fun, pondering. And not getting my cam wet, of course.

Eventually it still got wet, after the kids charge at me  Cheesy
