LOL! Coz he doesn't have anything else to say mah...
Instead of bleah! I think it's more of boredom... Or sleepy...
The V trunk with the cat's fur colour, really makes it stand out.
But I do not like the leaf in the front.

Neither did I, but there wasn't any other angle to shoot from for this 'pose', and besides, the cat was like more than 2 meters up a tree.

Yea nice contrast between the tree and cat.. nicely exposed but the ambient light dosent seem to draw the attention to the cat. I guess its the best you can do in that situation..

Yeah, it was a very flat day.
Say, if you could change anything about the light, what would you do to 'draw attention to the cat'?
Unker Choy...dun think of too much sexiness ... wet, rainy days on end like the ones we've been having have been identified to cause acute spikes in the population before.

A little more fill cause I can see some glow from the back-lighting i guess... the OOF'ed highlights do make for a nice 'halo' effect but the cat needs more light to avoid getting overpowered by it... just my gut feeling on this.. dunno if it wil really work.

You may be right there, but I kinda like the balance the way it is. Tried with more fill and it just didn't cut it for me.Because the OOF BG is so ambigious, it doesn't really distract. Sides, everything's kinda greenish and kitty's orangy, so to me, kitty stands out ... but that's just me.
Let me sleep over it for awhile and look at the version with more fill again.
