2 Photographers needed for overseas event shoot. 21 APR - 30 MAY 2008

A friend of mine needs 2 photographers to follow him on his Happy Drawing Tour in Asia, 5 weeks in 10 countries. All travel and accomodation are provided, and he will also provide allowances. This is the first year of the tour and it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be the official photographers for it. He'll prefer a young person to do this so as to give them the experience.

Date is as follows: 21 April to 30th May.

Allowances will be discussed with interested parties.
Your main responsibility is to take pictures there, 10,000 pictures in 50 schools. It's about 3-4 hours of photo-taking a day, after that, it's all your free time.

Sounds exciting and an opportunity not to be missed...especialy for the young togs!

No offense +Evenstar, but it's really too bad about the age thing. A lot of older togs may have some 'magic' and see/shoot the project in a different light, and perhaps even share some joy with the children along the way.

p.s. I'm interested in doing a project on him, if he's open to ideas and approaches. Actually, this Asia trip might be the perfect opportunity to do a 'Sketches of Joy - the Man behind a Million Smiles' kind of project.

no probs...I was merely quoting from my friend's email and he said all age groups are welcome...and he would prefer youngsters so as to give them the experience of shooting an overseas event.
