Hmmm... I did wedding for a few years before. But that was when I was using the Metz 60-CT4. No worries about not enough light. BUt things have changed. Using smaller flash, a ll bit or worry there.
Anyway, your statement sounds like you're a SUPERIOR being among mere mortals. Which is not very nice.

The Metz 60 series is amazing. I still use the CT1 and CT4 regualrily together with the 580IIs.
Only thing is, why events? There are do many models to shoot

yes it pre-flash, but no people does not close their eyes, the pre-flash is very fast, even my fishes don't notice.
