looks like the noise is more in focus than the eyes, prob due to centre focusing. and there's some white specks on the nose and between the eyebrows. might suggest the healing brush to remove them. the blue and yellow add a tinge of vibrancy but i think that white thing on the left next to the eye is distracting. ear on the right shouldn't be cut off too but overall, he's cute and u've done pretty well if you wanted to show case Derek. ps. his hands look like old old with wrinkles  |

how about cropping off the top and bottom, and then giving a landscape shot with a tight crop from the eyebrows down to the chin/wrist. i think it'll have a better effect for the tongue  |
