(Not so) Furry Photos - Wedding Snaps

I've decided to try out some ROM/AD shoots as a second photographer after doing several paid event assignments. From my few outings as a second photographer I must say those who do this as a full time job really must have stamina and a good efficient workflow.
Going into this line of photography is pretty new for me and so I would like your honest feedback on how these could be improved. I'm aiming for the journalistic style and hope some of these pics have achieved their purpose.
Photos will follow...

Judging from the shots, I think you are on the right course.

I dont like the low angle one.the hand of the bride sticking out below the chin of the groom looks very awkward.

@jedi
Now that you mentioned it it is kinda distracting. I kept it cause of the lighting, I made a mistake and had the flash pointed to wards the altar.. probably blinded the priest =p
@michael
Thanks
Its my fav from all the stuff I shot so far...

Some wedding snaps recently. Its wonderful to see people so in love even after 50 years of marriage.
Kids will always be noisy and rowdy. Good for photo ops hehe
Almost missed this one. He suddenly grabbed her as they were walking back to the table.

you have very good shots here.. just have to use abit of finesse... will be great shots liao... take care of ur wide angle... for anomals it works most of the time.. for humans usually it does not work so well.. once is a while is ok... too many shots with WA will become tiring after awhile... you have a very good eye...

If I were you, I rather keep my passion as a hobby. An average graduate in Singapore gets $5K - $6K of pay after working for 3-5years. They get to have at least 3mths of bonus every year, if goverment sector have performance bonus of another 1-3 mths. You get about 20 days of paid holidays, sometime more. If you start your own business, when you stop work = no income.
There are well paid photographers around, but how many are there? I also shoot paid jobs, but that is on the side line, for the fun of it. No stress, can afford to scold client if necessary, cos rice bowl dosen't depends on them.

the best weeding photographers in singapore get 12k a shoot.. for actual day... the mid range ones are charging anywhere from 5k to 8k.... they get as many of days are they want... its just a matter of making the business run.. getting 2 to 3 weddings a month... u can get much more than a graduate... of couse there are the $300 a day full time wedding photogs... and the $800 a day wedding photog... but i am not talking about them... for $300 a day i rather be working for someone else...
