Looks like someone brought his camera to dinner...

Me too... Camera phone...  giggling...

XO Sliced Fish Noodles:
the soup is slightly less savoury although it has a noticeable alcoholic taste inside
fish is soft, juicy and flavourful, even though it has lesser slices than the holland V one
noodles are plentiful with less vegetables, compared to the well balanced 50-50 portion at Holland V

Curry Fish Head:
very spicy, the curry is a bit to the sour side, more towards mee siam curry rather than laksa curry
the fish head is meaty, tender and covered with tao pok

Hong Kong Street Seafood Restaurant...
xo sliced fish noodles, kai lan, fried prawns with cereal, fish head curry, 3 layered meat with yam, deep fried chicken wings in prawn paste
5 people, 6 dishes, $68.60 <--- damn worth it

Yan Palace, Hong Lim Complex, simply the best dim sum in town, and one of the best Cantonese food, cheap too, around.

When: a couple of times a week ...
