Canon 3D picture is bogus. It’s an amalgram of pics picked of of the dpreview.com site. The body is a hacked up Canon 1DS MkII and the lens highlights come from the Nikon D200 preview. All the rumours spreading like wildfire. Until Canon makes an official announcement, we have take everything with a pinch of salt. |

i heard the reason for 5D to drop price not because of new camera coming out..but might be also..
Thailand is selling 5D for sg$3650 only..thats the reason why 5D drop price..

I travel to Bangkok nearly every month. Been checking out with my Thai colleague on the 5D. never seen such low price. Where did you get the quote ? Can help check it out next week when I'm there.

I got my 5D from Cathay at $3800. That's only $100-$150 difference, which I would gladly pay.

Its really obvious the 3D is a fragment of someone's(not working with Canon) imagination. The 3D insignia is totally off and not in line with Canon's latest product design identification. Eye control?? I thought that's already a vapour ware.....
