no wonder vic want to see #1 partner. sweet friendly smile. unfortunately spoilt by the background.. not the control of the flash, its the white balance i believe. Is your wb in auto?

yes got slight red eyes, and definitely yellow cast. Kel, try click WB instead of flash or Auto. I think only #3 is close to correct.
