Yes, it came to Singapore on 17th. Its making its first commercial flight on Friday to OZ. As Victor said, its goin to be tricky and we need to get the best location.

Not going.. hope to see some great photos from those of you who take up the challenge..  Shocked

I really wonder how one can shoot the airplane at night and still see the details of the plane.

Anyone ever get into the ultra superior class (sorry not sure what they call the highest class) to shoot? More interested to shoot interior with SIA stewardess. Grin

Very simple...get yourself a first class ticket and you can shoot...

Cheesy You must be kidding...  I think with that cost.. I could get some L lenses + 5D... ( enjoy using it for 1-2 yrs) rather than a few hours of flying.... and i wonder how long would they allow me to shoot with flash ?? Huh

Suite Class... i c.

ridiculous.

i found business class a better bang for the buck than first class... less noise, less crowd, more space... at 3x the cost... unlike the 10x for first class

Best location meaning?

Shooting it while moving is going to be tough,so I was thinking whether it would be possible to shoot when its at the terminal?

The viewing mall at T2 is pretty Rubbish. The Coastal Road is not good for photography. So if you wanna get it at the terminal...I guess there are no good locations.
But she's away already...so I guess its no use now...
